Q: What is the price of YUIN PK1 earphones?
A: The price is £79 pounds.
Q: How much is the packing and postage cost in the UK?
A: The fee of packing and postage is £2.0. Add £0.5 for each additional pair. Shippment will be via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.
Q: How much is the packing and postage cost to the other EU countris?
A: The fee of packing and postage is £2.0. Add £0.5 for each additional pair. Shippment will be via International Airmail. Optional insurance is available at an addtional cost of £3.5 for Signed For service or £4.2 for Airsure service. See Royal Mail's webpage for more information.
Q: Do you ship worldwide? What is the shipping rate then?
A: We do ship worldwide. The shipping rate is the same as shipping to the other EU countries.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All orders will be shipped from London via Royal Mail 1st class, 1st class recorded service or International Airmail. For delivery time, please refer to Royal Mail's declaration.
Q: What kind of payment is accepted?
A: Direct Bank transfer, Personal cheque, Postal order/Bankers' Draft, Cash on collection (local residents only or if you wish to visit London).
Q: Do you accept paypal?
A: Yes. But paypal is the last choice only.

Q: When do you dispatch the earphones I ordered? How long it takes to receive them?
A: Items are normally dispatched the next business day. It takes about 1-2 working days in the UK, and 3-5 working days in the other EU countries.
Q: What is the warranty policy of YUIN PK1 earphones?
A: A guarantee of free replacement (6 months) and free repair service (24months) effective from the date of purchase is offered to you on these earphones, including the connecting cable (ear pads excluded). It covers – at the discretion of the YUIN representative – a free replacement of the parts needed to rectify any fault which may give reason for complaint or a free repair which ever is considered necessary. For free replacement, to save time, please send your earphones with all transportation charges prepaid directly to the YUIN representation of your area which you originally purchased from. For free repair service, please send your earphones to the manufacturer in Shanghai, China. Warranty claims due to misuse, overpower, unauthorised change, natural disaster are excluded.
Q: What is the return policy (temporary) of YUIN PK1 earphones?
A: We hope you love PK1 you order from YUIN UK. But there is no sound in the world which can make everybody happy. Should you be less than happy with YUIN PK1 earphones, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the earphones and return the earphones to us within 14 days with all original packing and receipt. We'll be happy to refund your purchase. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. We don't charge handling and restock fees, but actual shipping fee is not refundable on returns. You can find the address for returns on the original packing we send to you.
You may decide if you like the sound of PK1s or not from the very first impression, but new YUIN PK1s do need a little time to burn-in.
